This Beauifull by Rosalyn Womack polka dot skirt is a limited edition. There were only two made. There is only one left! This classy skirt is very versatile. You can wear it with a blouse or tube (as shown) tucked in with pearls and heels to dress it up or wear it with a wife beater and some hoops to dress it down.
